Team coaching
Energy, Simplicity and Connection
When mission and objectives, roles and methods, consultation and decision-making are in order, a team can work effectively. We often identify this side to being goal-oriented and professional. Still this does not always lead to an optimal result. A team that feels connected with the team mission and in which team members can work from their personal convictions, values and corresponding personal leadership has the energy and inspiration to give their very best as a team. Team work then emerges naturally and is infectious. As a result of which flexibility emerges to respond to what actually presents itself in reality. Complex challenges can more easily be simplified and transformed into results. Without excess pressure to perform, structure and rules that are often not sufficiently effective and certainly do not inspire. Many leaders and organisations desire this. A deep, meaningful connection provides energy and 'flow' and is essential to being successful as a team. Moreover, the current outside world is mostly too complex and dynamic to continue operating in the 'classic' manner successfully.
Team Effectivity
Adressing the business case, leadership case, team dynamics as well as its interconnection is key to building an energised, effective and cohesive team in flow.
Business case is about reviewing team mission, objectives and strategy. Identity. Effective division of roles and decision-making. Executing allocated roles. Transparency and communication towards stakeholders. Reputation.
Leadership case is about bringing individual ambition and values to the table. Contribution to common objectives and values. Successfully deploying qualities for team and organisation. Effective dialogue.
Team dynamics is about clarifying team themes, patterns and interactions, mutual dependencies. Nurturing leadership, interrelations and team cohesion. Enhancing problem-solving capacity. Creating joint energy and flow.
